Availability and Price Enquiries	The traditional farmer house is located in the further corner of the wine estate. Built in the early days of the 19th century, the walls are massive and in some areas up to 70 cm wide. The renovation and reconstruction which was completed in April 2009 kept the original character but added the comfort of nowadays. The chosen materials (natural stones, wood, bamboo) underline the rural character of the house. It is close to the road, has its own exit from the farm, overviews the whole 50 ha plot. Casa Artista sleeps 8 adults plus up to 2 children, has 4 bedrooms (3 of them have 20 m2), 4 bathrooms, kitchen and living room. The kitchen is well equipped: fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, hob. The living room has TV set, SAT and DVD player. 	Casa Margarida
Availability and Price Enquiries	Old farmer cottage with walls up to 70 cm wide, located in the middle of the wine estate with the charm of a house which was built in the early days of the last century. At the same time it does have after a complete renovation in 2008 and 2009 all the advantages which modern building technilogies offer. Surrounded by wine, plum trees and animal area the house has autonomies and privacy. The chosen materials (natural stone, wood, terracotta tiles) underline the country style of the house. Casa Margarida is a cosy house with 2 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms, small living room and kitchen. The kitchen is well equipped: hob, oven, fridge, dish washer, washing machine. The living room has TV set, SAT and DVD player. It has its own pool which has been converted from a cistern, pool deck, private relaxing areas. Ideal for a family with children or 2 couples. 	Casa Sol
Availability and Price Enquiries	Situated on the ground floor and the first floor of the south side of the Wine Adega with own entrance it is ideal for families or a group of friends with up to 4 adults and possibly 2 children. The open kitchen and living room with guest bathroom are on the ground floor. A convertible guest bed is partially hidden under the stairs leading to the first floor. The first floor comprises of two double bedrooms, a comfortable bathroom and a large balcony which provides an excellent view of the southern part of the property. All rooms are air conditioned. Casa Sol has been furnished and decorated in a typical Portuguese style. In front of the apartment you have a large terrace and two pavilions which are an annex to the Sala de Prova (Wine tasting room). These terraces are used from time to time for special occasions. The guests of Casa Sol may use these areas for their individual relaxation. 	The 4 Seasons
Availability and Price Enquiries	The main house is approximately 550 sqm comprising of 6/7 bedrooms. 5 of the bedrooms have their bathroom en-suite, the 6th across the corridor. For those looking for something special we have a gallery above the large living room. In total The 4 Seasons will comfortably sleep up to 14 people. In an open annex of the living room we have a small bar area which will become a favourite place for a drink after dinner in front of the fire place. Most bedrooms and also the living room have their own TV, DVD and SAT. The living room and dining room are approximately 150 sqm and allow even the largest families or groups of friends to find some privacy within the house itself. There are quieter areas to sit and read or larger spaces for fun and games. The furniture has been carefully selected. While the majority is brand new we have also some which dates back to the early 1800’s. Neither hot nor cold weather should disturb our guests as we have installed A/C throughout the prominent areas of the house. In the bathrooms we have provided under floor heating for the cooler nights. Outdoor breakfasts can be enjoyed either on the shaded or open terrace. Both are close to the newly reconstructed and heated freeform swimming pool. From there or from the dining room you can listen to the birds and watch the animals which like to visit you. The 4 Seasons is set in total privacy in the middle of the estate, surrounded by trees. Just behind the house is the fenced area of 100.000 sqm, where many wild animals live including a large group of deer. You could be led to believe you were on your own private reserve but nevertheless only minutes away from the action of Algarve and the sea. We can offer you in The 4 Seasons a well sized sauna hut in a hidden area close to the house for your relaxation. This sauna is for your private use only but we have also another traditional sauna within walking distance towards the larger pool in the ancient well area. This may be booked for your private use or shared with the guests from The 4 Winds or Casa Sol. 	The Four Winds
Availability and Price Enquiries	The Four Winds consist of 4 equally shaped house units with two bedrooms and an open kitchen/living room. Each house unit has its own private area around the Four Winds. Heating and Cooling is taken care for by A/C. The bathrooms have under floor heating. While we have conserved the traditional shape of the building from the outside, we have renewed everything inside. The building has been totally reconstructed in 2007 to a high standard with new floors, bathrooms, kitchens, electrics, lighting, furniture and so on. The Four Winds is close by the entrance gate and just opposite the wine cellar and wine production area. This is the ultimate place to find out how wine is made. Through the vineyards about 100 m distant we have a small spa area with a Sauna plus shower dedicated only to our guests. 20 m from there is the recently reconstructed pool area. The original Arab inspired pool was totally renewed and can be heated at request. For relaxation you may enjoy either our partially shaded wooden deck directly by the pool or the pool terraces. For more natural spaces please feel free to sit on the grassed areas under ancient trees and soak up the beauty and tranquillity while admiring our Sculpture Garden. All these features surround one of our biggest attractions: our 40 m deep well which could have been discovered in the Moorish times.
